Return Policy
Items will be shipped UPS ground or FedEx. Our shipping policy provides for the quickest possible processing of your order. We are not able to alter an order after it is entered into our system. Any changes require the processing of a separate invoice and separete freight charges.
If you are not completely satisfied with your scope just email support@buyritescopes.com for a return order number and return the scope in its original package unaltered. Once we have received the scope we will refund your money.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please email for a return authorization (R.A.) number prior to returning merchandise.
1) No R.A. numbers will be issued after 30 days.
2) Defective Merchandise returns must be made directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
3) All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 10 days.
Backorder Policy
If an item you ordered is unavailable at the time of order it will be canceled and you will be refunded all charges. If you have paid by credit card or paypal we will refund the monies to the account used. If you paid by check you will be refunded by check.
Shipping Policies
All items will be shipped FedEx or UPS Ground. Any order over $100. will receive free shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges of orders less than $100. Shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout.
Damaged Goods Policy
If a box is damaged when received do not accept the box from the carrier, and notify us immediately. If a scope is defective upon reciept contact the manufacturer.
